Mudras

We were greeted at the airport in Delhi with inspiring art. These are 12 huge mudras (hand positions that are ancient forms of holding energy during meditation and yoga) and some close ups below.

    so much fun to drop in and check up on you two this way !
    We didn’t get to see the mudras full on in the Delhi airport
    because we were leaving from there – so we gazed down on them
    from above . . .
